Breaker

Working Principle

The Breaker utilizes the relative motion of a rotor to disrupt clumped materials through shearing and breaking.

• Material Entry: 
  When the material enters the crushing chamber of the machine, it is subjected to the interlocking action of the rotating roller shafts.
• Compression and Shearing: 
  The material is forced through the gap between the two rollers, where it experiences both squeezing and shearing forces, causing it to start breaking apart.
• Material Discharge: 
  The smaller particles resulting from the breakage are expelled downwards through the gap between the roller shafts, while any oversized clumps continue to be crushed until they are reduced to an acceptable size before being discharged.

This efficient design ensures effective processing of clumped materials, improving handling and usability in various applications.
