Manual Big-bag Unloading Station

Manual Big-bag Unloading Station can deliver bulk materials packed in ton bags to the inlet, then the operator can open the discharge opening of the bag manually. By opening the flow control valve and the auxiliary vibrating discharge device, the powder or granular material in the bag can flow down through gravity to the receiving hopper below. It can be used for unloading operations of bulk materials packed in ton bags such as plastic resins and food additives, etc.
Common bulk bag sizes include 0.5T, 1T, 2T, and 3T.
