Product Structure

• Sampling Head: 
  Inserted into the bulk material pipeline, with the sampling opening oriented towards the flow of the material, allowing it to enter the sampling device.   
• Sampling Tube: 
  Transports the collected material from the sampling head to the separator.
• Separator: 
  Separates the bulk material from the gas. The material is propelled against the walls of the separator by centrifugal force, and then, due to gravity, falls into the dust collector. Meanwhile, the gas flows down along the wall, then rises through the central channel and exits from the top outlet, effectively separating the material from the gas.
• Dust Collector: 
  Collects and stores the fixed samples of the separated material for calibration purposes.
• Sampling Valve: 
  When sampling bulk material, this valve opens, creating negative pressure through exhaust air from the outlet, which draws air from the separator and allows material to enter the sampling device.
• Purge Valve: 
  For cleaning any residual material in the sampling tube, close the sampling and pressure control valves, and initiate the purge.
• Pressure Control Valve: 
  Adjusting the opening of this valve changes the sampling speed of the device.
• Pressure Gauge: 
  Provides a visual reference for operating the pressure control valve.
